On the afternoon of the 22nd, some netizens posted a video in the circle of Wechat friends showing a big mouse eating in a cake shop and forwarding it quickly. This morning, the Food and Drug Administration immediately carried out a comprehensive inspection of the cake processing and marketing stores in Meicheng.
The video is a picture of a big rat eating on a tray in a bakery of a cake shop uploaded by netizens yesterday. It can be seen from the video that although the bakery has stopped processing and baking, the shop is still operating normally with bright lights. The noise of traffic in the street did not interfere with the rat's food at all.
Many netizens, while forwarding, are more worried about the food safety of the enterprise.
On the morning of 23 days, the city Food and Drug Administration organized law enforcement officers to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the cake stores of the enterprises concerned. It was found that the cake stores in the video were located at the scientific and technological junction of the Overseas Chinese Town in Meixian County. Law enforcement officers immediately asked the stores to close down and rectify.
The person in charge of the enterprise said, "I'm sorry about this first, because the rat was drilled from a sewer by the workers in the production workshop after work. It's a negligence of the work. We immediately stopped business and rectified it. The sewer has been asked to be rectified immediately by the employees."
Cai Shouwei, deputy director of Meixian District Food and Drug Administration, said: "We found that there are some management loopholes in this enterprise, which has been ordered to close down and rectify."
During the inspection, law enforcement officers also found that some stores belonging to the enterprise also had problems such as unsatisfactory hygiene conditions and staff not wearing uniforms as required.
Up to the time of press release, the relevant departments have investigated nearly 100 flour products stores in Meicheng, and issued a notice of rectification within a time limit to other stores with problems.
It is understood that at present, the city's food and drug departments at all levels are combining the "Gongwei" work requirements in the city to carry out biological control inspection of pathogenic mildew in pastry enterprises.
